Traverski Whitefish Ski Trip Recap
We stayed at the Firebrand Hotel in the heart of downtown Whitefish. Shopping, dining, or just exploring Whitefish were just steps away. Our day started with about 12 different house-made choices on the menu for a hot breakfast. Very delicious and filling. The rooftop patio with fire pit and the hot tub was the first stop after a day of play, with beautiful sunsets if still soaking in the hot tub. The rustic bar and lounge was a great gathering place in the evening with craft beers, wine, and hand-crafted cocktails.
The weather and snow conditions were in our favor for the week. 125-inch base and bluebird days.
A popular place on the mountain was Hellroaring Saloon, with great filling lunches and known for their mountainous nachos.

A number of people also enjoyed snowshoeing in Glacier National Park. Other activities enjoyed were cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.
Snowshoeing
The snow ghosts on the mountain allowed one to use their imagination. Great pictures were taken!
Whitefish was a fun and memorable ski trip.
