Hi Tuesday Wipe-outs! Here’s my review of the activities we have enjoyed over this past summer and some information on what’s coming up next for our all-women’s ski club!
In June, Sue Miller led a group on a summer adventure in Norway – it’s not just for skiing, you know – very popular with summer tourists as well. Sue has previously run some awesome trips to European destinations. And there’s more to come…she’s working on plans for a trip to Prague & Budapest in September 2018. Stay tuned.
With fall colors and an end to summer approach, here is a line up MSC Club Trips on the schedule.
For 40-years the MSC Deaf & Hard of Hearing Program has offered hearing impaired children a chance to participate in the sport of skiing and snowboarding. We will again offer the program of instruction to beginning and intermediate skiers/snowboarders to give someone else a chance to enjoy the sport that we love.
Is summer over already? It must be as I am looking at the calendar and it’s already October! Wow did this summer go by fast and the MSC Winter Carnival is less than four-months away.
Hyland Hills looks at the results students gave for their ski and snowboard experiences and decided to advertise this clinic in their seasonal brochure.
The 3M Ski, Snowboard and Social Club has continued to remain active through the summer and fall and we are looking forward to our busy and fun winter season. This summer, we attended a baseball game, had a water-ski/yard game party, and went kayaking.

Each winter Minnesota Ski Hawks sponsor trips and events to various ski & snowboarding areas and here are some off the upcoming activities scheduled.
The Traverski Club had a fun and eventful summer starting with a Welcome Summer camping weekend and ended with the Farewell Summer camping weekend.
MSC Winter Carnival Update! The Midwest Ski Council has committed to going to Indianhead, BigSnow Resort, in Michigan’s U.P and changing the date from December to January 5-7, 2018.
With picture perfect biking weather the Hiawatha Bicycling Club (HBC) enjoyed another fun 4th of July this year. With fair weather riding conditions and sinfully delicious food served the 2017 Tour D’Amico was another memorable occasion.

The Hiawatha Bicycling Club (HBC) is happy to announce that we will be conducting our 18th annual Tour D’Amico ride on July 4th. HBC co-sponsors this event with D’Amico & Sons restaurant.
